Also, on my blog I posted a recipe on 4/5 for an apple/strawberry crisp that’s great with blueberries swapped out for the strawberries. And on 4/14 I posted a recipe for pumpkin pudding with bananas and raspberries, again sub blueberries!

I love blueberries and put them in smoothies (1 cup unsweetened almond milk, 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, 1 Tbl flax meal, 1/2 frozen banana and 1/2 cup frozen blueberries).  Then I top my smoothie with more frozen blueberries!

I also stir frozen blues into greek yogurt and drizzle with agave.  It makes the yogurt cold, almost like a healthy fro-yo.  If you want to go the extra step then put it in and blender until smooth and top it with a little coconut!
