Do you have one in your neighborhood??? The locations where restaurants come and go and come and go?
I have one in my old neighborhood. In two years it’s gone from being upscale Mexico City style Mexican food to Mexican seafood to The Cotton Patch (what a name) to The Boll Weevil ( same company, can they pick unappetizing names or what) to an Italian restaurant that is 3/4 empty. Yesh.
