Diet soda, not a good habit to get into...
Lot’s of people trying to cut back on calories and sugar substitute diet for regular, despite the artificial sweeteners, color, etc.  Seems like a small risk to take. But studies show that the daily diet soda habit can lead to increased risks of strokes after the age of 40.
